CHILD CARE PAYMENTS ACT 1997 No. 195 of 1997 - SECT 159
Waiver of small debt
(1) The Secretary must waive the right to recover a debt if:
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the debt is at least $50 and could be
recovered by deductions under section 146 or 147.
