CRIMINAL CODE AMENDMENT (APPLICATION) ACT 2000 NO. 4, 2000 - SCHEDULE 1
- Amendment of the Criminal Code Act 1995
1 The Schedule (subsection 2.2(2) of the Criminal Code )
Repeal the
subsection, substitute:
- (2)
- Subject to section 2.3, this Chapter applies on
and after 15 December 2001 to all other offences.
