CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 24

(1) A person is qualified to be elected as a *delegate if:

   (a)  the person has turned 18; and

   (b)  the person is an Australian citizen; and

   (c)  the person is entitled to vote in the election for the delegate.

(2) A person cannot nominate for election as a *delegate unless the person is
qualified under subsection (1).
