CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 179

(1) Where:

   (a)  the time for the filing of petitions disputing an election has ended
        without any petitions having been filed; or

   (b)  the *Court has disposed of any petitions disputing an election; the
        electoral documents used for the purposes of the election may be dealt
        with as necessary for the purpose of collecting statistical
        information relating to the election.

(2) In this section, electoral documents includes:

   (a)  ballot-papers; and

   (b)  *vote certificates.
