CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 17
17 Date of notice of results
The date fixed for the notification of the election results by the Electoral
Commissioner under subsection 116(2) must not be more than 28 days after the
*closing day of the poll.
