CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 169
169 Right of Electoral Commission to have access to documents
Unless the *Court orders otherwise, the filing of a petition does not deprive
the Electoral Commission of any right to have access to a document for the
purposes of the performance of its functions.
