CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 159
159 Expedited hearing of petitions
At any stage of proceedings trying a petition, a party to the petition may
apply to the *Court for an expedited hearing in accordance with the Rules of
Court.
