CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 15

The date fixed for the close of the *Rolls must be:

   (a)  where there has been a public announcement of the proposed

*closing day of the poll before the giving of the notice referred to in
subsection 14(1)Ðnot less than 7 days after the date of the announcement; and

   (b)  where there has been no such public announcementÐ7 days after the day
        the Minister gives notice under section 14.
