CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 149

In spite of section 24 of the Federal Court Act 1976, an appeal does not lie
to a Full Court from a judgment by a single Judge on a petition except in
accordance with leave given by the *Court.
