CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION (ELECTION) ACT 1997 No. 128 of 1997 - SECT 13
13 Electoral Commission to run election
The elections are to be conducted by the Electoral Commission in accordance
with:
(a) the Act; and
(b) the regulations.
