COMMUNICATIONS AND THE ARTS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 1) 1995 No. 32 of 1995 - SECT 3
Amendment of Acts
3.(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Acts specified in the Schedule are
amended as set out in the Schedule.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to items 67 and 68 before the items commence
under subsection 2(2).
