COMPANIES AND SECURITIES LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 192 of 1985 - SECT 87

87. Section 289 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:

"(1A) In this Part, a reference to a statement made at an examination includes
a reference to a question asked, an answer given, or any other comment or
remark made, at an examination.".
