Companies and Securities Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1983 No. 108 of 1983 - SECT 43

43. Section 97 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) all the words after ''Act'';

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (7) (a); and

   (c)  by inserting in sub-paragraph (7) (c) (iii) ''a banking corporation,
        or'' after ''is''.
