Companies and Securities Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1983 No. 108 of 1983 - SECT 142

142. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) '', without prejudice to any orders
        it would be entitled to make otherwise than pursuant to this section,
        make'' and substituting ''make such order or orders as it thinks fit,
        including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing,'';
        and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (2) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

''(2) The Court shall not make an order under sub-section (1) if it is
satisfied that the order would unfairly prejudice any person.''.
