business'', substitute

After section 81, insert the
following section:
Foreign companies for purposes of Companies Act not to include
Aboriginal corporations
''81A. Notwithstanding anything
in the Companies Act 1981, an
Aboriginal corporation shall not
be taken to be a foreign company
