Companies and Securities Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1981 No. 153 of 1981 - SECT 89
Interpretation
89. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:
''(2) The Companies and Securities (Interpretation and Miscellaneous
Provisions) Act 1980 applies to this Act.''.
