Companies and Securities Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1981 No. 153 of 1981 - SECT 19
Lodging of documents and references to office of Commission
19. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:
''(1A) A document that is required by a relevant Act to be given or sent to
the Commission shall be delivered or sent to the office of the Corporate
Affairs Commission for the Territory and any such document that is delivered
or sent to that office shall be deemed to have been given or sent, as the case
may be, to the Commission.''.
