COMPANIES AND SECURITIES (INTERPRETATION AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1980 No. 68 of 1980 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which the Companies
(Acquisition of Shares) Act 1980 comes into operation.
