An Act relating to the interpretation of certain legislation relating to
corporations and the securities industry, and for certain other matters

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Companies and Securities (Interpretation and
Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1980.*1*
