CRIMES AT SEA ACT 2000 - SECT 9
Regulations
- (1)
- The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters:
- (a)
- required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
- (b)
- necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect
to this Act.
- (2)
- However, this section does not authorise the making of regulations for the
purposes of the cooperative scheme.
- Note: The Governor-General has power to make regulations for the purposes of
the cooperative scheme under clause 12 of the scheme.
