CRIMES AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 182 of 1994 - SECT 21

Interception devices prohibited

21. Section 85ZKB of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after
subsection (1) the following subsection:

"(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply to an apparatus or device designed
principally for the reception of messages transmitted by
radiocommunications.".
