CRIMES AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 182 of 1994 - SECT 15
Escaping
15. Section 47 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting "during the Governor-General's pleasure" and substituting
"under Division 6 or 7 of Part 1B or section 20BS";
(b) by inserting "(other than the Australian Capital Territory)" after
"Territory".
