CRIMES AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 182 of 1994 - SECT 14

14. Section 46 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (ab) "during the Governor-General's pleasure"
and substituting "under Division 6 or 7 of Part 1B or section 20BS";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(2) In this section:
'Territory' does not include the Australian Capital Territory.".
