CIVIL AVIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 82 of 1995 - SECT 22

22.(1) The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters:

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
        effect to this Act.

(2) In particular, regulations may be made in relation to transitional matters
arising out of the abolition of CAA and its replacement by AA and CASA, or
otherwise arising out of the enactment of this Act or the Air Services Act.
