CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1989 No. 78 of 1989 - SECT 9

Disputes as to amount or rate of duty

9. Section 167 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
"(not being duty imposed under the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 
1975 )" after "Parliament".
