CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 24 of 1989 - SECT 9
Manner of fixing duty
9. Section 136 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "(other than
beer that is entered for home consumption after 31 January 1989)" after
"goods".
