CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 24 of 1989 - SECT 4
Interpretation
4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:
" 'Beer' means any liquor on which, under the name of beer, any duty of
Customs imposed by the Parliament is payable;".
