CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 24 of 1989 - SECT 29

29. Section 273GA of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(k) the following paragraph:

"(ka) a decision of the Comptroller under subsection 243U (1):

        (i)    not to remit a penalty payable under section 243T in respect of
               duty payable on goods; or

        (ii)   to remit part only of such a penalty;".
