CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 111 of 1990 - SECT 8

8. Section 38B of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1) "under section 36 or 37" after "have been
entered";
(b) by inserting in subsection (2) "under section 36 or 37" after "an entry";

   (c)  by omitting from subsection (2) "and which have been imported or are
        proposed to be exported,".
