CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 111 of 1990 - SECT 5

5. Section 4A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

"(1A) In this Act, a reference to an approved statement is a reference to a
statement that is approved, by instrument in writing, by the Comptroller.";
(b) by inserting in subsection (2) "or statement" after "form".
