CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 111 of 1990 - SECT 23

23. After section 126B of the Principal Act the following sction is inserted
in Part VI: Size of exporting vessel

"126C. Goods subject to the control of Customs must not be exported in a ship
of less than 50 tons gross registered without the written permission of the
Comptroller. Penalty: $1,000.
