CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 111 of 1990 - SECT 12

12. Section 74 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Authority for unshipment

"74. (1) Except as prescribed, the master or owner of a ship or the pilot or
owner of an aircraft must not unship goods at a port or airport otherwise than
in accordance with a Collector's permit to unship the goods. Penalty: $25,000.

"(2) A Collector's permit to unship goods may be subject to such conditions as
are specified in the permit.".
