CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 111 of 1990 - SECT 11

11. Section 72 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (2) ", or otherwise dispose of," after

"sell";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (4) ", or otherwise dispose of," after

"sell".
