CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 34 of 1986 - SECT 9
Collectors of Customs
9. Section 8 of the Principal ACt is amended by omitting from paragraph (1)
(a) "a Collector" and substituting "the Collector, or to a Collector,".
