CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 34 of 1986 - SECT 24

24. Section 104 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting all the words after "search" (last occurring); and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following sub-section:

"(2) A person may be searched under sub-section (1) only by a person of the
same sex as the first-mentioned person.".
