CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 34 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sub-section 8 (2) and sections 10, 13, 14 and 15 shall come into operation
on the commencement of the Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Act 1986 .

(3) Sections 16, 17 and 18 shall come into operation on 1 July 1986.

(4) Sections 20 and 21 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the
commencement of section 47 of the Customs and Excise Legislation Amendment Act
1985 .

(5) Section 23 shall come into operation, or shall be deemed to have come into
operation, as the case requires, on the commencement of section 36 of the
Customs and Excise Legislation Amendment Act 1985.
