CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 40 of 1985 - SECT 54
Amendments of Principal Act relating to penalties
54. (1) The Principal Act is amended as set out in Schedule 4.
(2) The amendments made by this section do not apply in relation to offences
committed before the commencement of this section.
