CUSTOMS AND EXCISE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 40 of 1985 - SECT 19
Interpretation
19. Section 265 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the definition of "year"; and
(b) by omitting sub-section (2).
