Customs and Excise Amendment Act 1982 No. 81 of 1982 - SECT 76

76. Section 162C of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) ''and'' (last occurring); and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the following word and
        paragraph:

''; and (f) a decision of a Collector for the purposes of section 61D.''.
