Customs and Excise Amendment Act 1982 No. 81 of 1982 - SECT 49

49. Section 183CT of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1)
and substituting the following sub-section:

''(1) During a period in which an agents licence held by a natural person is
suspended under this Division-

   (a)  the person shall not act as a customs agent;

   (b)  the person shall not act as a nominee of a customs agent; and

   (c)  a nominee of the person shall not act as such a nominee.''.
