Customs and Excise Amendment Act 1982 No. 81 of 1982 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Sections 1, 2, 3 and 71 shall come into operation on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such
date as is, or on such respective dates as are, fixed by Proclamation.
