Conciliation and Arbitration (Management of Organizations) Amendment Act 1982 No. 143 of 1982 - SECT 7
Definitions
7. Section 171A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting ''or to hold
office'' after ''appointed'' in sub-paragraph (a) (iii) of the definition of
''invalidity''.
