CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 3) 1977 No. 108 of 1977 - SECT 9

Cancellation of an award

9. Section 62 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting in sub-section (1) '', the Bureau'' after ''Minister''; and

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) ''or the
        regulations'' after ''Act''.
