CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 3) 1977 No. 108 of 1977 - SECT 31

31. Notwithstanding the amendments made by paragraphs 23 (a) and (b), and
section 24, of this Act, sections 152 and 154 of the Principal Act continue to
apply in relation to an organization, or a branch of an organization, with
respect to any period that ends before the commencement of the period that is
the first financial year, in relation to that organization or branch, with
respect to which Part VIIIAA of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904
applies.
