CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 3) 1977 No. 108 of 1977 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) Sections 5, 11, 15, 17, 18, 19 and 21, paragraphs 23 (a) and (b) and
sections 24, 25, 28 and 31 shall come into operation on such respective dates
as are fixed by Proclamation.
