Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983 No. 115 of 1983 - SECT 4

4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(3) the following sub-section:

''(3A) A Presidential Member may resign his office by notice in writing signed
by him and delivered to the Governor-General, but the resignation shall not
become effective until the notice is received by the Governor-General or until
the day specified in the notice, whichever is the later.''.
