Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983 No. 115 of 1983 - SECT 37

37. Section 159 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ''conducted under section 170''
and substituting ''referred to in sub-section (3)'';

         (b)  by omitting from paragraph (4) (c) ''the inquiry'' and
substituting ''an inquiry into an election conducted under section 170''; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (6) ''sub-section (4) of section 168''
        and substituting ''sub-section 170A (4)''.
