Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983 No. 115 of 1983 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14 and 16, sub-section 22 (3) and sections
27, 39, 40, 41 and 43 shall come into operation on a date, or respective
dates, to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) Sub-section 22 (1) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 30
November 1979.
