Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983 No. 115 of 1983 - SECT 18

18. Section 88 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(2) (a) the following paragraph:

''(aa) a reference in section 44B to the powers of the Commission under this
Act that are exercisable by a Commissioner shall be read as a reference to the
powers of the Commission under this Act that, by virtue of section 84, are
exercisable by a Commissioner assigned by the President for the purposes of
this Division;''.
