CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1977 No. 124 of 1977 - SECT 6

6. (1) Section 83 of the Principal Act is repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal effected by sub-section (1), any order of the
Commission under section 83 of the Principal Act that was in force immediately
before the date of commencement of that sub- section continues to have effect
in relation to the payment of attendance money in respect of any period that
occurred before that date.
